Soft, sweet, festive and unbelievably fun Christmas Sprinkle Sugar Cookies topped with melted chocolate and colorful sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • Sugar cookie dough (flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, milk)
  • Melted chocolate topping
  • Red, green & white sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder. Cream butter + sugar, then add egg, vanilla, milk. Mix dry into wet to form dough.
  2. Roll tablespoon-sized balls, flatten slightly, and bake 8–10 minutes at 350°F (175°C). Cool completely.
  3. Melt chocolate with cream, stir in vanilla.
  4. Spread chocolate on cooled cookies and add festive sprinkles. Let set.

Notes

  • Add almond extract for holiday aroma
  • Chill dough for thicker cookies
