A fun, no-bake holiday treat everyone loves to make! These colorful Jello balls are perfect for Christmas parties and kid-friendly gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3 oz) red Jello (strawberry or cherry)
  • 1 box (3 oz) green Jello (lime)
  • 1 cup boiling water (per box)
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (optional for creamy version)
  • Extra coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Mix the Jello Base: In two separate bowls, dissolve each Jello flavor in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Chill Until Thickened: Let the Jello sit in the fridge for 1–1.5 hours until it reaches a thick, scoopable consistency.
  3. Shape into Balls: Use a small scoop or spoon to shape into 1-inch balls. If desired, mix with a little sweetened condensed milk for a creamy, chewy twist.
  4. Coat with Coconut: Roll each ball generously in shredded coconut.
  5. Chill and Serve: Let them chill for 15 more minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use full-fat sweetened condensed milk if opting for the creamy version.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
