1 box (3 oz) red Jello (strawberry or cherry)
1 box (3 oz) green Jello (lime)
1 cup boiling water (per box)
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (optional for creamy version)
Extra coconut for rolling
Instructions
Mix the Jello Base: In two separate bowls, dissolve each Jello flavor in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Chill Until Thickened: Let the Jello sit in the fridge for 1–1.5 hours until it reaches a thick, scoopable consistency.
Shape into Balls: Use a small scoop or spoon to shape into 1-inch balls. If desired, mix with a little sweetened condensed milk for a creamy, chewy twist.
Coat with Coconut: Roll each ball generously in shredded coconut.
Chill and Serve: Let them chill for 15 more minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat sweetened condensed milk if opting for the creamy version.
