A high-protein chocolate dessert made with blended cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and nut butter, topped with walnuts and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and nut butter until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed walnuts and chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop into ramekins or molds and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and top with walnuts and shaved chocolate.
  5. Serve cold.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for creamier texture.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • For extra protein, add chocolate protein powder.
