  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted

Instructions

  1. Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until glossy.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips and cherries.
  5. Pour batter into a lined baking pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Let brownies cool completely before slicing.
