1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup soft caramel candies
2 tbsp coconut cream (or any plant cream)
Extra chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a square baking dish with parchment.
Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread into pan. Bake for 20–22 minutes. Cool completely.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter. Fold in crispy rice cereal. Spread over cooled brownies.
Melt caramel candies with coconut cream until smooth. Pour over crunch layer. Add extra chocolate chips and press lightly.
Chill for 1 hour before slicing for perfect clean cuts.
Notes
Serve chilled for crunch or warm for gooey melt.
Pair with vanilla ice cream.

Swap peanut butter for almond butter.
Use gluten-free flour and certified rice cereal for GF version.
