These Chicken Caesar Wraps are a quick and flavorful lunch idea, combining grilled chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and crunchy croutons all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Ready in just 15 minutes, they’re perfect for a satisfying on-the-go meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (grilled, baked, or rotisserie), chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons (crushed)
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Optional: black pepper, lemon juice, or a sprinkle of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Gently fold in the crushed croutons just before wrapping to maintain their crunch.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat and spoon the mixture down the center of each. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
  4. (Optional) Toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and warm.
  5. Slice the wraps diagonally and serve with extra dressing or a lemon wedge if desired.

Notes

  • Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for an even faster prep.
  • To make it healthier, opt for low-fat Caesar dressing and whole wheat tortillas.
  • Wraps can be made ahead but add croutons just before serving to keep them crispy.
  • Great for meal prep or packed lunches.
