Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, avocado, cheddar cheese, ranch, cilantro, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the center of each tortilla. Roll burrito-style, tucking in sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill each burrito with a bit of butter or oil until golden and crispy.
  4. Slice burritos in half and serve warm. Dip in extra ranch or salsa if desired.
  5. Optional: Add diced tomatoes, jalapeños, or a splash of lime for extra flavor.
