A creamy and cheesy twist on the classic sloppy joe, featuring ground chicken in a rich Alfredo sauce served on toasted brioche buns.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a spicy twist

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned and crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth.
  4. Lightly toast the brioche buns in a skillet or oven until golden.
  5. Spoon the creamy chicken Alfredo mixture onto toasted buns and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
