Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the seafood filling.
  2. Spread the filling evenly over each flour tortilla, roll them tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened to make the garlic cream sauce.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve hot.

  • For extra heat, add chopped jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne to the filling.
  • Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
