Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Bread is a melty, toasty appetizer that combines shrimp, garlic, and cheese for a delicious party snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place halved bread on a baking sheet and lightly toast for 5 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper, and cook until just pink.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayo, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and half the parsley.
  4. Spread cheese mixture over toasted bread, top with shrimp and extra cheese.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned. Garnish with parsley and slice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Can substitute shrimp with crab or lobster for a different seafood experience.
  • Best served fresh out of the oven for maximum cheesiness.
