Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick and delicious lunch option featuring juicy seasoned chicken, melty cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and a creamy garlic sauce wrapped in a crispy grilled tortilla.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced or sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 23 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup garlic sauce or ranch (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional: chili flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions

  1. In a skillet with olive oil over medium heat, cook chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until golden and juicy.
  2. Once chicken is cooked, toss in chopped parsley and stir to coat.
  3. On each tortilla, spread a spoonful of garlic sauce or ranch. Add a handful of both cheeses, a portion of chicken, and a sprinkle of chili flakes if using.
  4. Fold the tortillas burrito-style. Place seam-side down on a dry nonstick pan or grill pan over medium heat. Toast until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Slice diagonally, garnish with more parsley if desired. Serve with extra garlic sauce or a fresh side salad.
