Crunchy, cheesy egg rolls filled with seasoned ground beef and melted mozzarella, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions

  1. Sauté ground beef, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Add Worcestershire sauce and parsley.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in shredded mozzarella.
  3. Fill egg roll wrappers with beef mixture, roll tightly, and seal edges with water.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls 2–3 at a time until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes each.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauce.
