Cheesecake Eggrolls are a delightful dessert featuring a creamy cheesecake filling wrapped in a crispy egg roll shell, sweetened with fresh strawberries, dusted with powdered sugar, and drizzled with syrup. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a carnival-style treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Chocolate or strawberry syrup, for drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 1–2 tbsp of filling into the center and top with strawberry slices.
  3. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly like a burrito. Seal edges with a dab of water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry each roll 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate or strawberry sauce before serving.

  • Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes for a lighter version.
  • Use low-fat cream cheese for a healthier twist.
