  • ¼ cup baking soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in shredded cheddar.
  2. Flatten dough pieces, spoon cheeseburger mixture inside, and seal into balls.
