A quick and easy one-pan cheeseburger pie that tastes like your favorite diner meal. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust (or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • Toppings: chopped tomatoes, pickles, green onions, more cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic powder over medium heat. Stir in mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roll out the pie crust into a greased pie pan. Press to fit and slightly crimp the edges.
  3. Pour the beef mixture into the crust, top with shredded cheese.
  4. Beat eggs with milk and pour over the beef and cheese mixture.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden. Let cool slightly before adding toppings.
