- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Toppings: chopped tomatoes, pickles, green onions, more cheese (optional)
- Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic powder over medium heat. Stir in mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pie crust into a greased pie pan. Press to fit and slightly crimp the edges.
- Pour the beef mixture into the crust, top with shredded cheese.
- Beat eggs with milk and pour over the beef and cheese mixture.
- Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden. Let cool slightly before adding toppings.
