A fun, cheesy twist on your favorite party snack, these Cheeseburger Crescent Rollups are perfect for game days or kid-approved dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for the butter topping)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and diced onion until fully cooked. Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for maximum flavor punch and that classic cheeseburger vibe.
  2. Turn off the heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese. Let it melt into the beef mixture — this makes the filling super gooey and next-level delicious.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon the beef mixture onto each triangle and roll them up tightly.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over each rollup. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for that extra bakery-style finish.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

  • These rollups are great for parties and can be made ahead of time.
  • Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite burger toppings.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch for added flavor.
