Cheeseburger Bombs are ooey-gooey, cheesy snacks that are perfect for parties and gatherings. These bite-sized treats are packed with ground beef and cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a buttery biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a small round. Add a spoonful of beef and a generous pinch of cheddar to the center. Wrap it up tightly into a ball.
  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

  • These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
