Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked.
Flatten each biscuit into a small round. Add a spoonful of beef and a generous pinch of cheddar to the center. Wrap it up tightly into a ball.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
