Instructions

1️⃣ Char the Tomatoes:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes and let them cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes until they begin to blister and char.

2️⃣ Plate the Dish:

  1. Transfer the charred tomatoes to a serving plate.
  2. Place the burrata ball in the center, allowing it to sit on the warm tomatoes.

3️⃣ Add Finishing Touches:

  1. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and, if desired, a balsamic glaze.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh chopped basil and red pepper flakes for a hint of spice.

4️⃣ Serve:

  1. Serve immediately with crusty bread or as a side dish. Enjoy this creamy, smoky delight!
