A warm and gooey dessert made with biscuit dough, caramel, and pecans, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz total)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a round baking dish or bundt pan.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
  3. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Toss dough pieces until coated.
  4. Arrange dough pieces evenly in prepared dish and sprinkle chopped pecans over top.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar and heavy cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Pour warm caramel mixture evenly over dough pieces.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool 5–10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate if using bundt pan.
  9. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with extra caramel, and sprinkle more pecans.

  • Serve warm for maximum gooey texture
  • Pair with iced coffee or cold milk
