  • For the Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • For the Cheesecake:
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • For the Crumble:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • For Caramel:
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 325°F. Line an 8×8 pan.
  2. Mix crust ingredients, press into the pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, vanilla, and eggs together. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
  4. Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter into crumbs. Sprinkle the crumble over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  6. Slice and drizzle with caramel before serving.
