Crunchy, buttery, sweet-salty caramel coated pretzels that are dangerously addictive and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mini pretzels
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet.
  2. Melt butter, add brown sugar + corn syrup. Boil 3 minutes, stirring.
  3. Remove from heat, add vanilla + baking soda (it will foam).
  4. Pour over pretzels, toss to coat.
  5. Spread on tray, bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely until caramel hardens. Break apart & enjoy.

Notes

  • Don’t skip stirring—keeps coating even.
  • Add chili flakes for sweet-spicy.
  • Store airtight up to 1 week.
