  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla, then mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Shape cookie dough into balls, create an indent, and fill with cheesecake mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 11–13 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Drizzle caramel over the cheesecake centers once slightly cooled.
