- 2 salmon fillets
- 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 ½ cups green beans
- Season & sear the salmon by rubbing it with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then sear in a hot pan until crispy.
- In the same pan, cook the shrimp until pink and juicy.
- Make the creamy sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, and adding cream, Parmesan, and paprika.
- Combine the salmon and shrimp back into the pan, spooning sauce over the top.
- Plate and serve with mashed potatoes and green beans, drizzling extra sauce over the dish.
