A creamy and flavorful Cajun shrimp and salmon dish that combines the richness of seafood with a bold seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 ½ cups green beans

Instructions

  1. Season & sear the salmon by rubbing it with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then sear in a hot pan until crispy.
  2. In the same pan, cook the shrimp until pink and juicy.
  3. Make the creamy sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, and adding cream, Parmesan, and paprika.
  4. Combine the salmon and shrimp back into the pan, spooning sauce over the top.
  5. Plate and serve with mashed potatoes and green beans, drizzling extra sauce over the dish.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning according to your spice preference.
  • Feel free to substitute shrimp with other seafood if desired.
