1 lb large shrimp, shell-on
1 lb snow crab clusters
12 baby potatoes
2 ears corn, cut into thirds
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Boil baby potatoes for 12 minutes, add corn for the last 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Mix melted butter with garlic, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
Arrange potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp, and crab in a large foil pan. Pour Cajun butter over everything and toss gently.
Cover loosely with foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes. Spoon juices over seafood halfway through.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
