  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes for 12 minutes, add corn for the last 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix melted butter with garlic, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  3. Arrange potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp, and crab in a large foil pan. Pour Cajun butter over everything and toss gently.
  4. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes. Spoon juices over seafood halfway through.

  • Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
  • Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
