Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb shrimp (shell-on, deveined)
  • 1 lb smoked sausage (cut into 1-inch slices)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (red or gold)
  • 4 ears corn on the cob (cut into halves)
  • 4 boiled eggs (optional but clutch)
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil baby potatoes and corn in salted water until fork-tender—about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Toss in the smoked sausage and crab legs and let it all simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and boil just until pink—about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a pan, melt the butter, then stir in Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Spread everything on a large baking sheet, add boiled eggs, lemon wedges, and drizzle the seasoned butter all over. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more Cajun seasoning if desired.
  • Feel free to add other seafood like mussels or clams.
  • Serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious butter sauce.
