A sweet, creamy, crunchy treat made with a delightful combination of peanut butter and butterscotch, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 225g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • ¾ cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafer crumbs
  • ¼ cup butterscotch chips, chopped
  • ¼ cup mini peanut butter cups or Reese’s Pieces (optional)
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, or vanilla wafers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Fold in Reese’s peanut butter chips and butterscotch chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Shape into a ball and wrap tightly. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours (or freeze for 30 minutes) until firm enough to handle.
  4. Combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped butterscotch chips, and peanut butter cup pieces in a shallow dish. Unwrap the chilled ball and roll it in the coating mixture until evenly covered. Refrigerate again until ready to serve.
  5. Place on a serving plate surrounded by graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies for dipping.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, drizzle melted butterscotch or caramel sauce on top before serving.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt for that perfect sweet-salty balance.
  • Make mini versions for single-serve party bites!
