1½ cups crushed chocolate cookies
¼ cup melted butter
1 pack instant butterscotch pudding
2 cups cold milk
½ cup whipped cream
Crushed or whole cookies for topping
Chocolate or candy bits for topping
Instructions
Base: Mix crumbs and butter, press into dessert cups, and chill.
Filling: Whisk pudding with milk until thick, fold in whipped cream, and spoon over base.
Top & Chill: Garnish with cookies or candy bits and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
