  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Crushed Biscoff cookies or toffee bits for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into an 8×8 pan. Chill it for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by the butterscotch pudding. Top with the rest of the whipped topping.
  5. Chill for at least 3 hours (or overnight). Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle crushed Biscoff or toffee bits.
