1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Prep the Lobster Tails: Use kitchen shears to split the shells and expose the meat. Pat dry and season lightly with salt.
Melt the Butter Sauce: In a large pan over low heat, melt butter. Add garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
Poach the Lobster: Add lobster tails to the pan and spoon butter over continuously. Poach gently for 5–6 minutes, turning once, until meat is opaque and tender.
Plate & Garnish: Spoon sauce over lobster and finish with parsley and extra cracked pepper. Serve with your favorite sides.
Optional Sauce Upgrade: Whisk in a splash of cream or white wine to elevate the butter base into a silky, luxurious finish.
