8 oz spaghetti or linguine
1 lb lobster meat (tail & claw), chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup white wine or seafood stock
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
Salt & cracked black pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Boil the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Aromatics: Melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1–2 mins.
Cook the Lobster & Tomatoes: Toss in lobster meat and cherry tomatoes. Add white wine and lemon juice. Cook 3–4 mins until lobster is warmed through and tomatoes start to blister.
Toss the Pasta: Add pasta to the skillet and toss until coated in butter sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
Garnish & Serve: Plate and top with fresh herbs. Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes.
Fresh herbs can be substituted based on preference.
Ensure the lobster is cooked properly before adding to the dish.
