Ingredients
Scale
2 lobster tails, shells split and meat lifted
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh chives or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Prep the Lobster Tails: Cut through the top of the shell and lift the meat over the shell for presentation and better flavor absorption.
Sear in Butter: In a hot pan, melt the butter and cook the lobster tails meat-side down for 2–3 minutes. Flip, baste with melted butter, and cook until the flesh is opaque.
Make the Sauce: In the same pan, add garlic, heavy cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
Plate Like a Pro: Spoon the creamy sauce over the lobster tails, garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
Optional Add-On: Serve over pasta or with grilled asparagus for a complete gourmet meal.
Notes
Use fresh lobster tails for the best flavor and texture.
Don’t overcook the lobster; it becomes rubbery if overdone.
The creamy herb sauce also pairs well with shrimp or scallops.
