  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for max juiciness)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar (or cheese of choice)
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mustard or burger sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into small patties (about 3 inches wide).
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, then add cheddar and let it melt.
  3. In large bowls, layer mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and avocado.
  4. Place 2–3 hot cheesy patties on each bowl.
  5. Drizzle with mustard or your go-to burger sauce and serve.
