  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each shell and gently lift the lobster meat to sit on top.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Combine melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush & Broil: Brush lobster meat generously with the butter sauce. Broil on high for 7–9 minutes until the meat is opaque and lightly golden on top.
  4. Drizzle & Garnish: Spoon a little extra garlic butter over the finished tails and sprinkle chopped parsley.
  5. Serve It Hot: Plate with lemon wedges and a side of warm butter for dipping.
