- 4 lobster tails (split in half, shell-on)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Prep the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each shell and gently lift the lobster meat to sit on top.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Combine melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush & Broil: Brush lobster meat generously with the butter sauce. Broil on high for 7–9 minutes until the meat is opaque and lightly golden on top.
