Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Optional glaze: ½ cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla to form a soft dough.
  2. Gently fold in blueberries.
  3. Pat dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Cut into squares or rounds.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with butter, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze before serving.

Notes

  • Handle dough gently to keep blueberries intact.
