A sweet twist on tacos with creamy cheesecake filling and blueberry topping.

Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling (or fresh blueberries with syrup)

Instructions

  1. Brush tortillas with melted butter, coat with graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Drape over oven racks and bake at 375°F for 6–8 minutes until crisp.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Let taco shells cool completely, then pipe or spoon the cheesecake mixture inside.
  4. Spoon blueberry filling over the cream layer.
  5. Sprinkle with extra graham crumbs or powdered sugar. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use fresh blueberries if preferred.
  • Chill before serving for better texture.
