2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot pan for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy outside and flaky inside.
In the same pan, heat olive oil and season shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Sauté until pink and juicy.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan until thick and creamy.
Plate the salmon, spoon over the creamy garlic spinach, and top with shrimp. Spoon extra sauce around the base.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
