A gourmet recipe for blackberry balsamic beef chops that combines deep, fruity flavors with savory beef for an elegant dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 beef loin chops
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season chops and sear 3–4 min per side until browned. Remove.
  2. Sauté garlic in the same pan. Add balsamic, broth, honey, and mustard. Simmer 2 min.
  3. Add blackberries and rosemary, simmer 5–6 min until syrupy.
  4. Return chops to pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer 5 min.
  5. Serve with drizzle of sauce and garnish with blackberries.

Notes
