Fluffy, golden, caramel-spiced and irresistibly indulgent Biscoff donuts, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie spread (for topping & filling)
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)
  • Whole Biscoff cookies (for garnish)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit until frothy, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, egg, and softened butter. Mix until dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll dough to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into circles and place on a floured surface. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry donuts for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar. Spread Biscoff cookie spread on top of each donut. Sprinkle with crushed cookies and place one whole cookie in the center.

Notes

  • Enjoy warm with a latte or spiced chai.
  • Drizzle extra melted Biscoff on top for pure decadence.
  • Serve with vanilla bean ice cream for a dreamy dessert.
  • Use an air fryer to lighten the texture.
  • Replace butter with coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
  • Let donuts cool slightly before topping to prevent spread from melting too much.
