  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing.
