16 oz rigatoni pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups marinara or meat sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix in 1 cup marinara.
Spread a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish. Stuff each rigatoni tube with the beef mixture and stand them upright in the dish.
Spoon remaining marinara over the stuffed pasta. Add ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan on top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Garnish with fresh parsley.
