Bang Bang Salmon Bowls are quick, flavor-packed dinners featuring seared salmon bites, fresh vegetables, and a creamy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (or sushi rice)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (black & white)
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking
  • For Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until creamy and smooth.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add salmon bites and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
  3. Layer rice into each bowl, then add carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, and salmon bites.
  4. Drizzle the bang bang sauce generously over everything. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
  5. Serve fresh and warm (or chill it for later).
