2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
Mash bananas and mix in melted butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined.
Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
Scoop batter into a greased or lined mini muffin tin. Top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for 12–14 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
