Ingredients

  • 1520 cleaned crab claws (with meat exposed)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (from body or extra claws)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter (for garlic butter drizzle)
  • 1 extra garlic clove (for butter)
  • Extra parsley and chili flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, mayo, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until creamy and combined.
  3. Spoon the filling generously onto each cleaned crab claw where the meat is exposed. Arrange them on the baking sheet.
  4. In a small pan, melt butter with 1 minced garlic clove. Drizzle over each stuffed claw.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until tops are golden and bubbling.
  6. Garnish with extra parsley and chili flakes. Serve hot and melty!

Notes

  • Use freshly cooked crab meat for the richest taste
  • Add a dash of smoked paprika for extra warmth and color
  • Swap mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • Can be made gluten-free — no breadcrumbs needed
