Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • ¼ cup walnuts, toasted
  • ¼ cup blue cheese or feta
  • Lemon juice, nutmeg, herbs

Instructions

  1. Arrange pears in a baking dish. Brush with lemon juice, drizzle honey, and sprinkle cinnamon.
  2. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until tender.
  3. Top with berries, cheese, and walnuts. Drizzle honey before serving.
