Indulge in irresistibly buttery and garlicky baked lobster tails that are tender and perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell down the center of each lobster tail. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat slightly, resting it on top while still attached at the base.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly golden.
  6. Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra caramelization (optional).
  7. Serve hot with extra garlic butter and lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use kitchen scissors to cleanly cut the shell for a professional look.
  • Fresh lemon juice adds brightness—don’t skip it.
  • Spoon leftover garlic butter over rice or pasta for extra flavor.
