Ingredients
Scale
4 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup freshly grated mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster shells lengthwise and gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for about 1 minute, just until fragrant. Add the cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Arrange lobster tails in a baking dish and spoon sauce generously over each one. Bake 12–15 minutes until opaque and bubbling.
Broil 2–3 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
