Baked Lobster Bombs are a cheesy seafood delight featuring lobster tails topped with a rich blend of cheeses and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 lobster tails, split and cleaned
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyère or sharp white cheddar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Lobster Tails: Lift the lobster meat over the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Place tails in a baking dish.
  2. Mix Up That Bomb Sauce: Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over the lobster meat.
  3. Layer the Cheese Explosion: Mix mozzarella and Gruyère together, then top each lobster tail generously.
  4. Bake It to Melty Glory: Bake at 400°F for 12–14 minutes until the lobster is cooked through and cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Garnish & Serve Hot: Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cheese mixture.
  • Ensure the lobster is fresh for the best flavor.
  • Can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.
