- 4–5 lobster tails, split and cleaned
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Gruyère or sharp white cheddar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Prep the Lobster Tails: Lift the lobster meat over the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Place tails in a baking dish.
- Mix Up That Bomb Sauce: Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over the lobster meat.
- Layer the Cheese Explosion: Mix mozzarella and Gruyère together, then top each lobster tail generously.
- Bake It to Melty Glory: Bake at 400°F for 12–14 minutes until the lobster is cooked through and cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
