500g potato gnocchi
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
200ml cooking cream
100ml milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Pair it with a fresh green salad.
Serve with grilled chicken or roasted vegetables on the side.
Add a drizzle of chili oil for a spicy twist.
For a richer flavor, use aged cheddar or Gruyère.
You can use gluten-free gnocchi for a gluten-free version.
Add spinach or mushrooms to sneak in more veggies.
