Ingredients
Scale
6 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1½ cups heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Cut a deep pocket into each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, cheddar cheese, half of the Parmesan, ranch seasoning, garlic, chopped bacon, and parsley. Mix until creamy.
Stuff each chicken breast generously with the bacon cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until beautifully golden. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
In the same skillet, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour the creamy sauce around the chicken and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra crispy bacon. Serve with mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, roasted vegetables, or fluffy rice.
