Bacon Ranch Chicken Roll-Ups are cheesy, creamy, smoky, and baked to golden bubbly perfection, making them a delightful comfort food.

  • 4 large chicken breasts, thinly pounded
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in baking dish.
  6. Pour heavy cream and chicken broth around the rolls.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle extra cheese and bake 5 more minutes until melted and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
